Welcome to Holy Rosary Catholic ChurchFr.Martell ltr

Our parish has been a mainstay in East Memphis for over 60 years now.  Holy Rosary, visible from Park Avenue since 1954, continues to be a shining light for our community and our parishioner’s lives.   Our campus includes the Parish Life Center and Office (completed in 2010), our Pre-Kindergarten through 8thGrade elementary school, Wiley Gym, the Youth House, Rectory and our beautiful sanctuary (completed in 1956).   Although several renovations have taken place over the years, the many beautiful stained glass windows are original to our church.  In particular, the rose window on our Guide Book cover has long been a favorite of many parishioners.  The intricate coloring, Alpha and Omega symbols, and the circle shape is a vivid reminder of God’s never-ending love for us, which has no beginning or end.  It is the very foundation of our Catholic faith.

How blessed we are to have such a beautiful reminder that God's love, despite the pain and suffering of the cross, still continues to be poured out for us.  We, as parishioners, return our love for the Savior by living out the Gospel through our stewardship & service.  Holy Rosary has more than 60 ministries, organizations, and activities.  There is something available for parishioners of every age to share their talents and to live their faith.  I hope that you too, will share your talents with us, here at Holy Rosary.  Please use this directory as a guide to obtain information about these opportunities to live out your faith at Holy Rosary.

Together, as parishioners of Holy Rosary, we share our lives in Christ Jesus. We share through liturgies, prayer services, adoration, and our private prayer to communicate with God, as well as our service to those within our parish and community. Let us share God’s love with one another.

May God continue to bless you and our Parish.
