YOUTH GROUP-JUNIOR HIGH
The Holy Rosary Junior High Youth Group provides spiritual, service and social activities for all 7th and 8th grade youth, regardless of race, religion, school or parish. Through these activities, youth will have support on their faith journey, experience membership of a caring Catholic Church and find purpose to serve the Church with their gifts and talents. The Junior High youth group has special events planned each month including service projects, youth Mass, summer trips, dances, lock-ins, retreats and other meetings. In addition, the organization participates in all Diocesan sponsored events such as Voyage retreat, Fall Youth Gathering and Diocesan Youth Celebration. YOUTH GROUP-SENIOR HIGH
The Senior High YAC (Young Active Catholics) offers spiritual, service and social activities for all High School youth, regardless of race, religion, school or parish. Through these activities, youth will have support on their faith journey, experience membership of a caring Catholic Church and find purpose to serve the Church with their gifts and talents. The Senior High Youth Group meets every Sunday from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. for regular meetings. Most meetings are held in the Youth Room. Youth Mass is held monthly during the 12:15 p.m. Mass. Service projects, Ski Trips, Summer Trips, retreats and special events are planned throughout the year. In addition, the organization participates in all Diocesan sponsored events such as Quest and Search retreats, Fall Youth Gathering, Leadership Camp and Diocesan Youth Celebration. During the summer of 2011 we traveled to World Youth Day to see the Pope. For current activities, please see the Sunday bulletin.

ST. VINCENT De PAUL YOUTH CONFERENCE

The St. Vincent de Paul Society (“SVDP”) is a voluntary organization dedicated to providing direct practical assistance to the impoverished of our community . With guidance and support from the Adult Conference, members of the Youth Conference participate in monthly projects designed to help those in our community who are in need. All Middle School students (6th, 7th, 8th grade) who attend Holy Rosary School or are a member of the Parish are invited to join! This organization will also provide opportunities for service hours in co-ordination with Holy Rosary School guidelines.

RAINBOWS FOR ALL GOD’S CHILDREN

Rainbows is a program that provides support to children who are experiencing grief, stress or sadness through divorce, the death of a parent/relative or separation of/from parents. The goal of this program is to help children form a belief in their own goodness and the value of their own unique family. Rainbows is available to all children who attend Holy Rosary School. It meets 30 minutes a week and is conducted by trained facilitators. Rainbows typically begins in late fall and wraps up in early May with a family healing Mass.
